Orders are packaged and shipped within one hour to seven days after being received. Shipments within the continental United States typically arrive at their destination four to seven days after the orders are processed at USPS, but the nationwide shipping delay has resulted in some packages being held up 12-24 days. If your order has not arrived within 20 days please reach out to us at store@ricoabreu.com. Please revert to your assigned tracking number for an updated status on your package. For all other inquiries during your package's commute, contact USPS. All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
